Aspen Medical is seeking qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor. The position has the responsibility of supervising and evaluating the work activities of hospital personnel based at housekeeping & Laundry.  The Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisors job is to establish and supervise work schedules to ensure shifts are always covered.

The roles and responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintain high standards of sanitation and expect level of cleanliness and appearance at all times.
• Interact with Hospital Administrator for regulatory requirements and processes to streamline operations.
• Planning daily task and delegating them to department staff.
• Routinely inspecting various elements of the whole campus and grounds to ensure services carried out as per the SOPs.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure all staff members are performing their job effectively and efficiently.
• Partner with other department to accomplish company goals.
• Evaluate team members and recommend/deliver training to improve performance.
• Take inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management when supplies are depleted.
• Ensure timely cleanup and maintenance of required services.
• Ensure and always keep a lookout for areas that need quality improvement.
• Assign task is completed within timeline.

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Successful Completion of Form 6 level
• At least one year’s experience in similar role
• Service and customer-oriented approach, with a commitment to assist at workplace as and when required
• Ability to effectively work within a team, with less supervision

• Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and Infection Control Policy
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Service oriented approach, with a commitment to supporting the overarching values and goals of Aspen Medical globally
