Description
Aspen Medical is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Culture and Performance Assistant. The CP Assistant is responsible for effectively assisting all activities in the Culture & Performance space, ensuring utmost confidentiality with staff related enquiries, concerns and contributing to the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Culture & Performance policies, regulations, and practices at Aspen Medical. The role also supports the admin activities in the CP space and reports to the Manager Culture & Performance.
The roles and responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing HR and administrative support to the team
- Assist in updating Personnel Files with required documentation as part of the JCI Accreditation Process
- Provide general support and assistance including but not limited to onboarding, employee queries and feedback, and other CP tasks
- Coordinate the issue of uniforms physically and maintain records in the PayGlobal System
- Assist the team in general HR work
- Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace and comply with instructions given in adhering to safe work procedures.
- Take reasonable care to ensure own safety and health and that of others and to abide by our duty of care provided for in the OHS policy.
- Any other reasonable duties delegated by management.
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resource Management or
- Ability to use computer software including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
- People skills and excellent time management skills.
- Act as a team player and support the operations of the CP department.
- Excellent written and verbal/communication skills
- Exceptional IT knowledge and experience on Microsoft systems such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Proactive self-starter; able to take initiative and work independently with a sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks, making excellent decisions, and has a strong focus and attention to details.
- Ability to manage high-volume workload with multiple projects/activities; results-driven
- Process-oriented with ability to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Rigorous filing and record management skills
- Good knowledge of Risk Assessment, Ergonomics, and correct PPE types/classes for the different types of jobs.
