Description
Aspen Medical is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Learning & Development Officer. The Learning & Development Officer is responsible for providing the Manager Learning and Development with technical support in the design and implementation of Learning and Development frameworks, initiatives, and facilitation of ongoing technical training and qualifications across the company.
The roles and responsibilities of this position include:
- Assist in coordinating training administrative logistics to support clinical and non-clinical trainings.
- Assist in the Training Needs Analysis rollout and data analysis.
- Ensure to support the Manager Learning and Development to analyze surveys and other data and incorporate development and remedial strategies into culture initiatives.
- Conduct training in the capacity of the L&D Officer.
- Assist in rolling out clinical and non-clinical trainings according to the training plan.
- Assist in designing and facilitating Personal Development Trainings.
- Compile variance report, assist in carrying out FNU audit.
- Assist in logistic arrangement like accommodation, refreshments, administrative matters.
- Assist in Administrating, coordinating and action of generic trainings.
- Administer booking, setup and maintenance of training room and audio-visual aids online Training.
- Ensure that the Professional Development Bond Database is up to date.
- Assist and support the team to meet work activities deadlines.
- Assist in Coordinating external, internal or overseas workshops that hosted or co-hosted by the company.
- Assist in the identification of Learning and development needs with initiatives of on-going technical training and qualifications across the company.
- Proactively assist in designing and printing of participant certificates.
- Provide continuous support in updating all training records correctly in the execution of training (EOT).
- Assist with the dissemination, collection and compiling of relevant training documents-attendance, evaluation, Back-to-Office Report, Training Report, etc. and ensure that all is intact for the FNU audit.
- Work closely with OHS officer to coordinate trainings related with Occupational Health and Safety Compliance.
- Assist in rolling out the yearly Performance Management System effectively.
- Assist in the Learning and Development Initiatives and Projects.
- Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace and comply with instructions given in adhering to safe work procedures.
- Take reasonable care to ensure own safety and health and that of others and to abide by our duty of care provided for in the OHS policy.
- Any other reasonable duties delegated by management.
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Degree in Human Resource Management & Business Administration
- Train and Trainers Module 1 and 2 and TI registered with FNU
- Proficient in Microsoft skills- excel, word and power point skills
- Should have knowledge in FNU Grant and Levy Act and Audit process
- 2 or more years of experience in Learning and Development
Desired:
- Knowledge on FNU Levy and Grants “Method A” scheme will be added advantage
